February Vacation Pitching Clinic 2023

Join RBI’s professional pitching instructors over the school vacation week to either jump start your off-season throwing/pitching programs or to continue your existing program with high level instruction for 11U, 12U, 13U, and 14U athletes.

In this program, the RBI staff will cover all of the areas of pitching that need to be developed to achieve long term success on the mound.  These include:

• Arm care
• RBI's 7 pillars of a successful youth pitcher
• Proper recovery
• Fielding your position
• Non-throwing drills
• Proper warmups
• Overall health
• Accuracy
• Power
• Consistency
• Much, Much, More

The two day program will cover all of the topics above in depth, and will monitor the throwing of each athlete closely.  Many drills performed in this program are non-throwing to teach athletes who pitch at this age how to develop their skills in healthy environments.  

All pitchers in this program will have their pitching mechanics analyzed on video by one of our instructors.
