This four week clinic will focus solely on the finer points of pitching or catching. We will break down the mechanics of both skills to give both pitchers and catchers the proper techniques needed to improve. We will not only stress the physical aspects, but the mental part of the game as well. Players will benefit greatly from this specialty clinic and gain a better understanding of what it takes to succeed as pitchers and catchers. Players can sign up for either Pitching or Catching.
