Baseball Advanced Pitchers Workshop
Grades 9-12

This advanced 6 week program is for serious players who want to take their game to the next level. This program utilizes the PRO MIRROR video analysis system. Each week will focus on a different aspect of pitching. It will include both a classroom session and drill session focusing on the physical mechanics and mental aspect of being a better pitcher, which are followed by strength and conditioning portion designed specifically for pitchers. This workshop is exclusively for experienced pitchers who are looking to learn from some of the areas finest pitching instructors.
