This advanced 6 week program is for serious players who want to take their game to the next level. This program utilizes the PRO MIRROR video analysis system. Each week will focus on a different aspect of pitching. Each week will focus on a different aspect of hitting including bat speed, balance, hitting off speed pitches, pitch selection, and much more. It will include both a classroom and drill session, which are followed by a strength and conditioning portion designed specifically for baseball players. This workshop is designed exclusively for experienced hitters who are looking to learn from some of the areas finest hitting instructors.
