RBI’s 2nd Annual Summer Prospect Showcase features the Northeast’s top players from the classes of 2012 & 2013. RBI Baseball’s College Prospect Events are some of the most attended prospect events in the Northeast region. Last year, over 30 college coaches and 5 pro scouts attended the first annual event which also featured over 80 high school players. The two-day event features an instructional clinic, offensive and defensive showcase, as well as live game action. Players will have the opportunity to learn straight from college coaches and pro scouts as well as be evaluated in two different areas: showcase-style drills and live game performance. Each player will register for one position they wish to pursue at the next level. Some players may have the opportunity to see game time at a secondary position based on their team’s roster. Primary pitchers will be evaluated in live game action only. Check the registration page for options. Each player will be placed on a roster by position. Each team will play two games. Players will receive equal defensive innings and at-bats based on position. Pitchers will only pitch in one game. Over the last two years of running college prospect events, players from RBI have been highly recruited following their participation in our events. Here are a few of the many players who have benefited from RBI’s events and staff: Eddie Fitzpatrick Jr – 2011 – RHP – North Attleboro High School - *Committed to Brown University

Testimonials |
“During my 19 years as Northeast Regional Scout for the Boston Red Sox I have seen countless facilities and attended hundreds of showcases. Paul Rappoli and his staff run some of the finest programs I have ever experienced. It is one of the few instructional programs that I fully endorse. His showcases specifically are outstanding. Most showcases care only about being pure revenue generators. They do not care about developing the player or helping them once they leave. The RBI Academy on the other hand takes great pride in not only exposing players to college coaches and major league scouts but by also providing quality instruction. Their showcases make players better and they care about individual. His staff is highly respected by the professional baseball community because they want to maximize every young athlete’s potential and find the right fit for them at the ‘next level’ whether they are major league prospects or just want to be better high school players.” “The RBI Baseball Academy is without a doubt, the finest year-round training facility in the entire New England region. Each time I attend an event at RBI, I come away extremely impressed with the knowledgeable and dedicated instructional staff, the state of the art training facilities, and the innovative programs tailored to overall skill development. If you are an aspiring high school player looking to take your game to the next level, RBI Baseball Academy is the place for you." “Thanks for having me at the New Year’s Eve College Prospect Clinic. I felt that it was run first class and that you guys truly put out a great product. Let me know when you are running another event!” “The RBI Baseball Academy is a must for any high school player looking to play college baseball. With a commitment to academics the serious player can use this type of showcase/clinic not only to better one’s talents, but to gain admission to the school of their choice. Not only are top-notch college coaches in attendance and working the camps, but the in-depth analysis by the RBI staff is second to none. Attending a winter, summer, or fall clinic is something I wish they had when I was in high school.” “I wanted to thank you and the RBI staff for running a great Showcase. It gives my son Garrett a benchmark to improve on and it’s a great launching pad for college-level exposure throughout his junior year of baseball. Thanks and we’ll see you again soon!” “I have been training at RBI for the last 8 years beginning at 10 years old. Their private instructors have provided me with not only the training programs necessary to succeed on the field but their staff has shown me how I can combine my baseball ability and my academic success to put myself in a great position to take my athletics and academics to the next level. After my junior season I pitched for the 17U RBI Hawks and participated in their Summer Prospect Showcase at Stonehill College. A few months later I had many scholarship offers to Division I schools before officially committing to Brown University, a Division I Ivy League School. I am so appreciative of what RBI has done for me and I’m sure there will be many other kids who will also benefit from their facility and staff in the future.” |
