The Staff
The Professional coaching staff at RBI Baseball Camps and Clinics rivals that of any program in the country. Coaches have experience playing and/or coaching at the professional, collegiate, and high school level. All RBI coaches are hand picked to ensure the highest quality of instruction regardless of the participant's ability level. Each staff member is committed to providing each participant with a safe and enjoyable experience while learning the best in baseball skills. Our entire staff is committed to the RBI mission of effectively providing young people of all ages with the skills that guide them toward success both on the baseball diamond, and throughout life, teaching the importance of individual responsibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude towards everyday life.
Andrea Bagley
Softball Pitching Instructor
Andrea graduated in 2006 from Foxborough High School in Foxborough, Mass. Her senior year, she was named a Hockomock League all-star and a Sun Chronicle All-Star. Andrea then attended Wheaton College in Norton, Mass. and graduated as a biology major/ psychology minor and was recognized as a Wheaton Scholar-Athlete all four years. While at Wheaton she was a four year starting pitcher for the Lyons as well as a goaltender for the field hockey team. She finished her pitching career 4th in program history in strikeouts and 8th in wins. Andrea has played competitive summer softball with the Mass Drifters and New Hampshire Storm and plans to continue in women’s leagues for both sports. Currently, Andrea resides in Foxborough, Mass. and is an NSCA certified personal trainer. She will be going to Curry College for nursing next year. Besides sports, Andrea enjoys horseback riding.
Kelly Albert
Softball Instructor
Kelly Albert recently moved to Foxboro from Northern California where she has spent the last six years coaching/training youth softball throughout the Monterey Peninsula. When Kelly finished her college playing she began conducting private lessons with girls ages 8-17, which pointed her in the direction of starting a non profit Fast pitch organization called the Monterey Mad dogs. Kelly was the head coach of the Mad Dogs for 4 years, competing at the highest level of competition from the 10u-14u divisions. Under Kelly’s direction, the Mad Dogs advanced to the ASA class “A” Nationals twice, and never finished with a losing record. For the past two years, Kelly has been the Assistant Varsity Softball Coach for Notre Dame High School of Salinas in California, a perennial state championship contender. Kelly currently is in transition of the move from California to Massachusetts and is excited about the prospect of passing her softball knowledge and expertise to the young softball players of Foxboro and surrounding areas. Kelly is available for private lessons in all areas of the game.
Shauna Ferris
Softball Instructor
Shauna started her career at Brockton High and was named to the varsity softball squad as a freshman and started all four years. She was accepted to play for the Dunphy Drifters Junior Olympic 16u softball team while in high school. Shauna was named Brockton High Outstanding athlete of the year in 1996 and helped the 18u Drifters to the ISA National Championship in 1996. From there Shauna was recruited to Mitchell College in New London, CT. on a softball scholarship. She was named to the All Conference and All Region 21 team her sophomore year while batter over .400. In 1999 she transferred to Eastern Connecticut State College where she obtained a degree in Sports and Leisure Management. Shauna has played in the Dorchester Women's League and the Taunton women’s league where she continues to be an All-star. Shauna is currently a Fitness Director at the YMCA in Brockton. Her current hobbies include playing in a women’s ice hockey and golf league.
Jinneane Sperrazza
Softball Hitting Instructor
Coach Sperrazza is the head coach at Mansfield High School and was also a standout softball player at MHS having graduated in 1999. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth Jinneane has been coaching at the high school and is now the head softball coach. In 2011 Coach Sperrazza led the Hornets to a record of 18-2. MHS also advanced to the South Sectional semi-finals in 2011. Off the field Jinneane is an RN at Mass General Hospital.
