The Staff
The Professional coaching staff at RBI Baseball Camps and Clinics rivals that of any program in the country. Coaches have experience playing and/or coaching at the professional, collegiate, and high school level. All RBI coaches are hand picked to ensure the highest quality of instruction regardless of the participant's ability level. Each staff member is committed to providing each participant with a safe and enjoyable experience while learning the best in baseball skills. Our entire staff is committed to the RBI mission of effectively providing young people of all ages with the skills that guide them toward success both on the baseball diamond, and throughout life, teaching the importance of individual responsibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude towards everyday life.
Kristi Falzone
Softball Hitting Instructor
Kristi attended Apponequet High School in Lakeville, MA where she was the starting shortstop on the South Coast Division II State Championship Team in 1992. She was a Boston Globe All-Scholastic in 1995 and earned a full softball scholarship to the University of Connecticut. She graduated summa cum laude with a Master’s degree in elementary education and is currently teaching fourth grade at Freetown Elementary. While playing in the outfield for UConn, she was a member of the Big East Championship Team in 1996, had the highest batting average in the Big East Conference in 1997, was named to the All-Big East Conference Second Team in 1997, and currently holds a UConn record for stolen bases. For three years, she was a member of the NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete Team and the Big East Academic All-Star Team. She now plays in the RIASA Women’s League and has recently been nominated for the Apponequet High School Sports Hall of fame. She resides in Taunton, Ma.
Lauren Rappoli
Softball Instructor
Lauren Rappoli comes to RBI as a recent graduate of Stonehill College where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in both Elementary Education and Psychology. While at Stonehill, Lauren was a 4-year starting shortstop on the softball team, serving as captain of the team both her junior and senior years. After playing only 3 seasons, due to a season ending injury her sophomore year, Lauren finished her career 5th on the list of all-time hits, and 6th on the list for all-time highest batting average. Prior to attending Stonehill, Lauren played for Wilmington High School where she led her team to four Cape-Ann League championships. She was also named “Female Athlete of the Year Award” for the town of Wilmington her senior year. Lauren is currently an elementary education teacher in Brockton, MA.
Kristina Tolles
Softball Pitching Instructor
Kristina attended Southington High School in Southington, CT, where she was the starting pitcher for four years. She led her team to four conference championships. She was an All-Currant and All-Herald selection as well as Connecticut Player of the Year and earned a full softball scholarship to the University of Connecticut. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology in 2007 and then graduate cum laude with another Bachelor's degree in human development and family studies in 2008. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Elementary Education at Tufts University. While playing for UConn, she played first base, outfield and pitcher, going 4-0 in her senior year. For four years, she was a member of the NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete Team and the Big East Academic All-Star Team. She has also coached at the University of Connecticut Softball Camp, Tufts University clinics and Skyhawks sports camp. Currently, she is a graduate assistant for the Tufts University softball team. She resides in Quincy, Ma.
Kelly Stanton
Softball Hitting Instructor
Kelly began her collegiate career at Massasoit Community College and finished her final two years as starting second baseman at Bridgewater State. While there, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. A captain her senior year at Bridgewater, she helped the Bears to two World Series appearances. She earned MASCAC All-Conference honors as well as Regional All-Tournament in 1998 and 1999. She has been a member of the coaching staff at Bridgewater State College, Brown University, and is currently in her third year at Mount Ida College. Kelly works as a Special Education Assistant in the Bridgewater-Raynham School District and resides in Bridgewater, MA.
Shauna Ferris
Softball Instructor
Shauna started her career at Brockton High and was named to the varsity softball squad as a freshman and started all four years. She was accepted to play for the Dunphy Drifters Junior Olympic 16u softball team while in high school. Shauna was named Brockton High Outstanding athlete of the year in 1996 and helped the 18u Drifters to the ISA National Championship in 1996. From there Shauna was recruited to Mitchell College in New London, CT. on a softball scholarship. She was named to the All Conference and All Region 21 team her sophomore year while batter over .400. In 1999 she transferred to Eastern Connecticut State College where she obtained a degree in Sports and Leisure Management. Shauna has played in the Dorchester Women's League and the Taunton women’s league where she continues to be an All-star. Shauna is currently a Fitness Director at the YMCA in Brockton. Her current hobbies include playing in a women’s ice hockey and golf league.
Andrea Bagley
Softball Pitching Instructor
Andrea graduated in 2006 from Foxborough High School in Foxborough, Mass. Her senior year, she was named a Hockomock League all-star and a Sun Chronicle All-Star. Andrea then attended Wheaton College in Norton, Mass. and graduated as a biology major/ psychology minor and was recognized as a Wheaton Scholar-Athlete all four years. While at Wheaton she was a four year starting pitcher for the Lyons as well as a goaltender for the field hockey team. She finished her pitching career 4th in program history in strikeouts and 8th in wins. Andrea has played competitive summer softball with the Mass Drifters and New Hampshire Storm and plans to continue in women’s leagues for both sports. Currently, Andrea resides in Foxborough, Mass. and is an NSCA certified personal trainer. She will be going to Curry College for nursing next year. Besides sports, Andrea enjoys horseback riding.
