Mission Statement

The RBI Hawks Travel Baseball program is a unique opportunity providing young players the chance to improve their baseball skills through professional instruction at one of the most respected training facilities in the country.  Playing a highly competitive schedule both locally and nationally will help each player take his game to the next level.  At RBI we believe that an important component of an athlete’s development is to be challenged by the best competition.

We believe that first class instruction is another vital component to a player’s development.  The RBI Hawks staff consists of former professional and college standouts.  We can draw upon past experiences of playing and coaching at a high level to accelerate the development of all RBI Hawks.  We preach the motto of “perfect practice makes perfect” and seek to instill that in all RBI Hawks.  We are committed to a Non-Parent coaching atmosphere to ensure our coaches an optimal teaching environment.  We ask that parents support our goal to leave all of the baseball related decisions to our trusted coaching staff.

Not only do we want all RBI Hawks to be great players on the field, we want them to be great people off the field.  The RBI Hawks staff emphasizes both the importance of teamwork and individual responsibility.  We stress the value to a solid work ethic as the building block to success.  Through hard work and dedication our experienced Hawks staff prepares our players to succeed both on the field and in life.

Information

Tryouts for the 2011 RBI Hawks travel baseball program will begin during our fall 2010 season in the 13U-18U age range. The RBI Hawks travel baseball program provides opportunities for teenage players to showcase their skills throughout the spring and summer with a 35 game schedule. A competitive schedule helps all RBI Hawks to raise their game to the next level. Through hard work and dedication our Hawks staff prepares our players to succeed both on the field and in life. The Hawks directorial staff will be beginning to form its 2011 teams throughout this fall
