Foxboro Youth Hitting Clinic
March, 2012

 

This 4 week hitting clinic will be run by RBI Baseball Academy in conjunction with the coaches from FYBSA. Players will be grouped by their league age and grouped with a coach or coaches from Foxboro Youth Baseball. Players will sign up for all four weeks of this clinic. RBI Baseball and FYBSA will assign your clinic time prior to 3/10 and the time will be emailed to you. Players will be place in the 5:00pm clinic or the 6:30pm clinic, specific times will be dependent on the total number of registrations. There is a strict limit of players per session.

Staff members of RBI Baseball Academy will be going from group to group throughout this program teaching both the proper fundamentals of the swing, along with advanced hitting techniques taught at RBI. Topics covered at this clinic will be (but not limited to):

1. Proper Stance and Grip
2. How to load and stride
3. Improving bat speed
4. How to maintain balance throughout the swing
5. Where your "power" comes from
6. Much, much, more!
